Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on Sunday, September 29, 2019. Beloved husband of Dolores for 51 years. Loving father of Joseph (Sheryl), Leonard, and Steven (Sonia). Proud grandpa of Jessica, Joshua, Lauryn, Halle, Adleigh, Cassandra, and Avery, and great-grandpa of Payton. George will be missed by many brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends around the world.
For those who wish, donations may be made to the Parkinson Society of Southwestern Ontario or the Hospice of Windsor & Essex County.
Visiting on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. with Parish Prayers at 4:30 p.m. at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841.
On Thursday, October 3, 2019 family and friends are invited to gather directly at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 4401 Mt. Royal Drive, after 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral Mass begins at 11:00 a.m.
Procession to Heavenly Rest Cemetery for entombment to follow.
