Obituary for Giuseppe Tedesco

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our father on February 25, 2020 at the age of 84. Born in Bannia di Fiume Veneto, Italy. Loving husband of the late Mirella (2013) for 50 years. Treasured father of John and wife Nicole (Italy), Nelly and Enzo, Fabio and fiancé Alyson and her children Owen and Ella. Caro Nonno of Flavio, Alexander, Matteo and Nico. He will be missed by his sister Maria (the late Piero), and sister-in-law Emilia. Predeceased by his brothers Angelo (the late Esterina), Antonio, Giovanni (Adila), Luigi and Arcisio and brothers-in-law Dino and Denis (the late Irene), all of Italy. Survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy.

Joe was an owner and operator of Tedesco Brothers Cement, and then Joe Tedesco Cement Contractors for over 35 years. After a long, hard days work Beppino enjoyed a plate of great pasta and homemade wine. He enjoyed meticulously tending to his bountiful garden, orchard, and hobby farm. Passionate “tifoso” of Juventus and longtime member of the Giovanni Caboto Club. We are grateful for all the doctors and nurses who provided care over the years.

For those who wish, donations may be made to The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County.
