Obituary for Gordon Cameron Bisnett

Blessed with 90 years of life, Gord went home to be with his Lord & Saviour on Tuesday April 20, 2021. Survived by his loving wife of 66 years Phyllis, daughter Sharon Lefrancois (Moe), son Barry Bisnett (Mary Beth). Loving grandfather to Tina Lefrancois (Jeremy Mozzon), Tanya Steenbeek (Gerard), Sarah Leno (Nathan), Ryan Bisnett (Stacie) & Mitchell Bisnett. Great- grandfather and adoring “Gpa” to Eli, Clara, Maya, Isla, Amelia, Hattie, Grant, Ellis, Ava & Benjamin, who were his pride & joy!
Predeceased by parents George & Mabel Bisnett; brothers Jack, Graydon, George & sister Jessie Emery. Gordon was a retired employee of Bell telephone and active member of Heritage Park Alliance Church which he attended and served faithfully for many years. Gord will be remembered for his outgoing nature, his devotion to his family, and by his Faith in God. He was an avid gardener and an active man, who loved playing baseball and hockey. He could often be found enjoying a bike ride or rollerblading around town.

Due to Covid restrictions, there will be a private family funeral officiated by Rev. Robert Grainger on Friday, April 23, 2021. Memorial celebration of life will be held at a future date.
