Passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on June 21, 2023 at 92 years of age. Joining his beloved wife and best friend Sylvia in Heaven. Loving father of Kim Marie (Norm) Girard, Kevin (Cheryl) Azzopardi, Kerry (Kelly) Azzopardi and Kris (Tammy) Azzopardi. Amazing Grandpa to Shannon (Bill), Amanda (Brandon), Amber (Stefan), Taryn (Adam) and Kourtney (Peter), and Great Grandpa to Angelina, Ashton, Koby and Derek. Loving brother to his siblings, past and present, Polly, Vincent, Josephine, Dominic, Tessie, Albert and Teddy. Dear brother in-law past and present to Gen (Edgar), Yvonne (Don), Eileen, Pauline (Maurice), Pat (Bernard), Shirley (Omer), Barb (Gus), Donna (Gene), Don (Louise), Reg (Marion), Orval (Carol), Len, Irene. Guido will be remembered for his quiet strength and support for his family, as well as his love of fishing and his dedication to Toronto sports teams. Special thank you to the wonderful staff at Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare, Transition to Betterness Palliative Unit. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 24th, 2023 at Families First East Windsor (519-969-5841) 1065 Lauzon Rd. with entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
