Suddenly in Windsor. Loving husband, father, grandfather, given brother. Survived by wife and best friend, Phylmarie; children Roseann Tos, Stephen Fess, Cathy (Scott) Tos-Evans, Carolyn Staats; 9 beautiful grandchildren; given sisters and brothers, Doreen (James) predeceased and Archie Atkinson, Robert and Janice James, Leon and Carol James, Thomas James, Reta Sands; many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Karl and Viola Fess of Fisherville.

Hardworking and compassionate, Harold always had time for his family. He'll be dearly missed by countless friends and colleagues.
