Obituary for Hazel Hartley (Jacques)
Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on December 30, 2023, at 93 years of age.
Predeceased by her first husband Stanley Jacques (1983) and second husband Harry Hartley (2006). Loving mother of Carol Reddam (Rick), David (Debbie) and Bill Jacques (Mary). Stepmother to Timothy (Wendy) and Thomas Hartley (Elaine). Cherished grandmother to Kristen Wideen (Eric), Mark Reddam (Andrea), Michael (Tina), Bobby (Christine), Sara (Marc), Emma and Abby Jacques, Heather, Geoff and Margot Hartley. Great Grandmother to Sebastian, Ella, Dale, Owen, Parker, Kinsley, Kathryn, Luca, Harrison, Isla and Charlie. Beloved sister to her brother Bill Burt and her late sister Barbara (Wayne). Hazel will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

On Wednesday, January 10, 2024 memorial visitation will be held from 1-4pm at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave, South Windsor with a Celebration of Life to follow at 4PM.
