Hugh Fulford was a 'nice guy' in every sense of the word. In later years on Windsor Police he was in the Youth Bureau and took that job seriously, making every attempt to make a difference and help the youth of our community. I feel fortunate to have known him and call Hughie a friend. With sincere condolences to Doris and family. John Garswood, Fort Myers, FLFrom

I've known Hugh throughout most of my childhood. He was very close friends with my mother and step-father who he worked with at Windsor Police. It's a very sad time when you lose such a special individual. You will be missed Hugh! From
