Obituary for Huu-Ich Pham
With his wife, son, and nieces by his side, Pham Huu-Ich passed away at 6:13 am on July 2nd, 2020, at the age of 87. Loving husband of Day Ha for 31 years, and proud father of Richard An-Hung.
In his long and storied life, he has formed strong relationships and life-long friendships during his time in the South Vietnamese Air Force, Saigon College of Dentistry, Vietnam’s National School of Administration, and Canadian Linen Supply Windsor. Active within the Vietnamese community of Windsor, he along with other community members have fundraised and helped sponsor families of Vietnamese refugees in the 1980s. He is respected and will be remembered for his selflessness and compassion for others.
Cherished and respected by family and friends across Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia, and Vietnam, he will be dearly missed.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 5th, 2020 from 10:30 - 12:30 pm, and 3:00 - 8:00PM (prayer time 6:00 – 7:00 PM) at Families First – South Windsor.
The service will be held on Monday, July 6th, 2020. There will be a prayer time from 9:00 – 9:45 am, at which time the procession will stop by our home before making its way to Victoria Memorial Gardens.
At this time, we are politely declining any donations.
