It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay on August 4, 2011 at 43 years of age. Proud father of Jacob. Survived by his father Evan, sisters Nicole and husband Marcus Valentin, and Danielle Fournier, nephew Damian and niece Chloe. Will be sadly missed by Jacob's mother, Kristine Millar. Predeceased by his mother Lynne (1997). Jay was a Superintendent with Canada Border Services Agency Ambassador Bridge with 7 years of dedicated service. Former manager at Home Depot.
