Obituary for Jennifer Pisani-Donga
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beautiful Jennifer on December 2, 2022 at the age of 47.
Beloved wife of Jelle, dear mother to Cassia, Chloe, Logan & Lucas. Loving daughter to John & June, and sister to Jamie (Diane) and Julie. Beloved aunt to Ethan. Jennifer also leaves behind her extended family, and many close friends who added so much vibrancy and fullness to her life.
Jennifer was a Human Resource Professional and most recently managed her own consultancy firm, Strategically Powered by HR.
Jennifer passed peacefully after a decade long fight with cervical cancer; we were blessed to have 10 more years with her after her initial diagnosis in 2012.
We would like to thank the many medical professionals for their utmost professionalism and compassion, who cared for Jennifer on her cancer journey, but especially Dr. Sugimoto, Dr. D’Souza, Dr. Welch, Dr. Saad, Dr. Jacobs, Dr. Freeman, Dr. Ienna, and the amazing team at the Hospice of Windsor.
As per Jennifer’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held at Families First Funeral Home in South Windsor (3260 Dougall Ave., 519-969-5841) on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 from 3 – 5 and 7 – 9 p.m. Visiting will continue on Thursday, December 8, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anne Church in Tecumseh.
