Obituary for John Samuel
Psalm 34:8 “O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.”
It is with heavy hearts the family of John Samuel announces his peaceful home-going on April 12, 2021 at 74 years of age. John was the cherished husband of Grace for 51 years and the loving father of Joel and wife Wendy, Jessie and husband Shibu, and Jason and wife Shiny. Treasured Appachen of Matthew, Nathan, Allysyn, Hannah, Hazel, Elijah, and Jax. Dear brother of Esther and husband Titus and Glory and husband Joshua. John will be sadly missed by many other brother and sister in-laws, nieces, nephews and family and friends from around the world.
If you so desire, donations to Hands of Compassion (CND) or to Good News for the Nations (U.S) would be appreciated by the family.
Visitation is Friday, April 16, 2021 at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor. Reservations and personal face coverings are required to attend. Please make a reservation by visiting www.familiesfirst.ca or call 519-969-5841 to reserve a spot for 10-12 p.m., 3-5 p.m. or 7-9 p.m. Funeral service is at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Parkwood Gospel Church 3005 Temple Dr. Doors will open at 10:30 a.m. You can reserve seating online or by calling directly. Personal face coverings are required to attend. Because of the limited seating, we request that only children of the immediate family attend the service. A livestream will be available on John’s online profile.
