Peacefully on February 3, 2021 at 92 years of age. Reunited with his beloved wife Gloria Marie (nee Del Guidice) (1983). Loving father of Greg and wife Daniella, Chris and wife Laura, Kevin and his late wife Laurie, Mary and Marc and Rosie. Treasured Grandpa of Max, Nicholas, Katie, Ben, Ricky, Rebecca, Rachel, Brett, Trevor, Nathan and Aaron. He will be sadly missed by his many great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Cora Marentette. Dear brother of the late Dorothy Dupuis, late Mae (late Bud Kettlehut), late Rita (Hank Knapp), Theresa (late Al Ducharme), Jane (late Bill Waslick), Paul (late Marion), late Ted (Sandra), and the late Tina (Bob Powers). He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Joseph worked for 36 years at Chrysler and retired on March 1, 1981. He was also a member of WCF and in the construction of the buildings with his knowledge and expertise. Joseph also was a builder (carpenter) of many homes and cabinetry all of his life. A special thank you to everyone at WCF and to all of those who prayed for Dad, especially his best friends Dale and Patricia Dionne. Also, thank you to all of his neighbours who became more like family to him, he always felt comfort and friendship with them. A private family service has taken place at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave., South Windsor, 519-969-5841. Interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
