Julia Erdmann (née Foldy)

Passed away peacefully at Devonshire Seniors Residence on November 21, 2019 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Michael G. Erdmann (2016) for over 70 years. Predeceased by sisters Theresa Zsoldos, Eva Foldy, and Margaret Kuranyi, parents Therese and Joseph Foldy, and sister-in-law Mary Reid. Julie will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and caregivers, who loved her dearly. Julia was a member of Corpus Christi C.W.L. and a life member of the Detroit C.W.L. She was an active member of the Legion of Mary in Windsor, ON, Oakville, ON, and Dearborn Heights, MI, and also a life member of Father Solanus Guild of the Province of St. Joseph of the Capuchin Order, U.S.A.

On Tuesday, November 26, 2019 family and friends are invited to gather directly at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 4401 Mt. Royal Dr., Windsor, for visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. until a Mass in Celebration of Julia’s Life begins at 1:00 p.m.

Procession to St. Alphonsus Cemetery for interment to follow.
