Rose, I was very saddened to read of the passing of Larry. He was yet another long time gentleman patient I fondly remember as always being kind & polite at my desk in my years at the DHC. Know that you are in my thoughts & prayers. May his soul RIP. Sincerely Lina

Rose and Family, it is with great sadness that I, Don read of Larry’s passing and fond memories arise of the many people whom I met while working at the Green Giant for forty years. This cold snowy weather reminds me of the years that Larry cleared the snow at the Tecumseh plant with tractor and rear blade and the co-operation which he provided when I being in management was given that responsibility as overseer. Traditionally only the driveways were cleared by tractor because employee’s vehicles would be in parking lot with many of them stuck, while a number of personnel would be assigned to clear walkways to the various buildings with shovels, a very tedious time consuming job on a cold day. Well Larry agreed to monitor weather, use his best judgement and when appropriate, would come and clear the snow in early morning prior to the employees arriving and include the walkways. This certainly was welcomed by all and actually was very cost efficient as only doorway access and a few small areas, where one could not access with a tractor, had to be cleared manually by shovel and\or broom. Due to distance and living in Niagara Falls, we cannot personally call in, however are with you in Spirit and Prayer. Don & Patricia Borrowman
