Obituary for Lawrence Stanciu

October 14, 1942-April 23, 2022.

Will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Sandra, and his daughters Dana (Jeremy Renaud), Megan (Patrick Robitaille). Adored and treasured Mosu to Riley, Jacob, Asher and Ryder. Proud son of Jennie and George. Beloved brother of Dennis (Chris), Marilyn and the late Nick. Lary will be remembered and missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers and donations, please pay it forward in kindness to others.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial visiting Friday 9:30 a.m. until time of Celebration of Lary’s life at 11:00a.m. at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, (519-969-5841).


NOW MORE OF LARY’S STORY …

Lary was blessed with the gifts of love and friendship, freely given and gratefully taken. He shared a piece of his heart with everyone reading this message.
Lary felt that everyone he cared for populated the starry sky. Those who left before him shine brightly and those who were still sharing his life sparkled.
Beloved brother of Dennis (Chris), Marilyn and the late Nick. Lary will be remembered and missed by his nieces and nephews David his daughter Katie, Ivy (Troy) and their children Jaxon and Conner, Vanessa (Steve) and their children Eric, Jack and William have always been a big part of his life and had a special place in his heart.
Lary’s marriage to Sandra (Harris) in 1967 brought into his life a group of extended family who became his own. Diane, husband Bryan Rindlisbacher and their children Greg, Hillary and Derek who he cared for deeply. The late Lynda and husband Gord shared their children Gordy (Angela) and Stacey with Lary; adding more joy to his life they blessed him with great nieces and nephews Abby, Grace, Jordon, Jaydon, and Jocelyn.
The “Lary Constellation” made him the luckiest man on earth.
Lary considered the Ramsay, Harris, Jerrett, Lyte, and Dixon families a huge bonus gift that Sandra brought to their union.
Lary’s Army of Friends made his life complete and full of happiness.
On a clear evening look up. Who knows what you might see!
