She married Paul Langlois (deceased 1999) in 1960 and they were blessed with four children. She was the loving Mum of Phil, Jackie (Dan) Murray, Mitch (Paul) Maurice, and Renee (J.D.) Urbanic. She is the treasured Mim of Alexa (Daniel) Mooney, John (Jordan) Urbanic, Joe (Mary) Urbanic, Ryan Murray, Sydney, Jake and Luke Maurice. Leona was the seventh of 11 children and is survived by her brother Roy (Florence) Monforton, and sisters Cecilia (Dutch) Monforton, Mary Jane Grady and Marguerite Reeb as well as sisters in law Lucille, Doris and Carmel Monforton. She is predeceased by siblings; Nelson (Estelle), Lloyd, Fr. Marc OMI, Orval (Migs), Leo, and Jim.
