Obituary for Linda Jobin (Harris)

It's with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Linda Jobin on April 9, 2020 at the age of 72.

Linda was the devoted partner to Donald Quinn who loved and cared for her deeply. She was predeceased at a young age by her late husband Robert Jobin (1985), and later by her parents Mary and Louis Harris; and In-laws Robert and Margaret Jobin and Clarence and Evelyn Quinn.

Beloved mother to Tara (Jason Britton) and adoring Nana to Oscar and Max who will miss her dearly.

Much loved sister to Pam Hartley (Garry), Bonnie Desjardins (Wayne), Wayne Harris (John Pusateri), the late David Harris, Gale O’Malley (Tom), Dan Harris (Charlene), Barbara Lum (Fred Rabideau) and Patrick Harris (Tammy); and sister in law to Donald Jobin, Peggy Vaillancourt (Joe) and Margaret Green (David). She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Linda loved travelling, musical theatre, shopping with her sisters, and spending her summers in Port Glasgow at The Lakewood. Linda was a proud and committed longtime member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority - Laureate Alpha Chapter.

If you desire memorial tributes to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. A private interment will take place. A celebration of Linda’s life will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Families First, South Windsor.
