Lorraine was the oldest daughter of 17 children, helping to raise such a large family. She loved her family deeply, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren baking cookies, having sleepovers and making batches of fresh Play Doh. She was an avid gardener known for her beautiful flower beds and spent countless hours watching the birds. There was never a Christmas dinner without her homemade Raviolis included, and her love of music always guided her to a dance floor.

The family wishes to thank the Seasons Retirement Community in LaSalle for their wonderful care for our mother for many years. Special thank you to the wonderful staff at Huron Lodge (Dogwood Section) for their compassion and care the last two years.

If you so desire, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society. A private family service will be held.
