Obituary for Luigi Girimonte
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Luigi on August 21, 2022 at 69 years of age.
Beloved husband of 45 years to Elena (nee Rocca). Devoted father of Michael & his wife Patricia. Adored Nonno of Sophia and Sienna. Predeceased by his parents Caterina and Salvatore Girimonte. Loving brother of Rosetta Paglia (late Aureilo), the late Antonio Girimonte (survived by Maria), Maria Albano (late Luigi), Gabriel Girimonte (Nancy), Filomena Delicata (the late Antonio), the late Giovanni Girimonte (survived by Ruth), the late Franco Girimonte (late Sylvia), Teresa Secreti (Angelo), and Anna Kostuik (late Dave). Dear son-in-law of Onorio and Antonietta Rocca. Brother-in-law of Gee Rocca (Chris), Pat Rocca (Maria), Johnny Rocca, and Dina Angione (Joe). He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Thursday, August 25, 2022 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m., with parish prayers at 4:30 p.m. Funeral Friday, August 26, 2022, leaving in procession at 8:45 am from Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave., South Windsor (519) 969-5841 for Mass at St. Angela Merici Church at 9:30 a.m.
Interment Windsor Memorial Gardens.
