Peacefully, in her 101st year on April 16, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Angel San Jose and the late Patricio Frias. Cherished mother of the late Fe Frias, late Dr. Augusto Frias, Cesar (Cora) Frias, and Brenda Yonzon (Jorge Gabriel) (late Ben Yonzon). Loving Lola to Czarina (Oleg), Ayesha (Kevin), Cesar Jr. (Rachelle), Bernadette, Wyomi (George), and Emir Ben (Melissa). Great-Lola to Maya, Neven, Ava, Laila, Nico, late Marcellus, Aliyah, Kevin Jr., Koah, Kai, Sydney, late Madison, Logan, and Hudson. Predeceased by her parents Francisco and Natalia Tobias. Predeceased by siblings Homobono, Lolita, Winefrida, and Milagros. Sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Lydia was the first elected President of FILSOR. She was a school teacher and assisted with research and evaluation in the Department of Education in the Philippines.

Visitation Tuesday, April 23, 2019 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Parish Prayers 4:30pm and Filipino Prayers 7pm at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave., South Windsor, 519-969-5841. On Wednesday, April, 24, 2019, friends are invited to join the family after 10am at Our Lady of Assumption Church McEwan Campus (711 McEwan Ave.) followed by Funeral Mass at 11am. Interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
