Our Matriarch has left the building
Marie passed away at Southwood Lakes Extendicare on September 9, 2023
Loving wife of the late Patrick (2001). Loving daughter of British parents Leonard and Alice Smith (Hawkeswood) and blessed by siblings Wallace (Rosemary) and Donald (Joyce) both predeceased.
Devoted mother to Anthony (Pamela), Judy (Garry) and the late Kim.
Special “Gram” to Toni, Tino, Mikki, Aron and Patrick. Great “Gram” to Tino Jr., Maceo, Maggie, Rosie, Lewis, Mick, Mia, Lauren and Ada. Marie was very proud of her family and loved each one dearly.
Marie enjoyed a long life, happily married to Patrick for 57 years. They spent their time raising their children, camping, traveling and dancing their way through life.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fight Like Mason in memory of Marie.
Cremation has already taken place, Visitation on Saturday September 23rd, 2023 from 12pm until a funeral service at 1pm at Families First South Windsor - 3260 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N9E 1S8. Procession to Heavenly Rest Cemetery to follow.
