Obituary for Maureen "Moe" Dusa

It is with the heaviest hearts that we share in the passing of Maureen Dusa on February 3rd, 2021 in her home with her loving family by her side. Adored wife, companion and best friend of MedricTurpin, Windsor, Ontario. Daughter of the late Patrick (1954) and Edith (2002) O'Sullivan. Maureen's biggest legacy is her abundant and loving family. Blessed with 4 children of her own, Kari Dusa of Chatham, Tracy (Rob) Dusa of Windsor, Kelly (Randy) Lafreniere of Harrow, and Duane Dusa of Windsor. Maureen will be extremely missed by her grandson,Trevor (Jen) Dusa whom she raised from an infant, as her own son. Maureen also was like a mom and loved her stepchildren just like her own. Her presence will be missed by Susie, Billy, Johnny, Jimmy and David Turpin. Doting grandmother of Kristle Dusa, Patrick Roy, Rebecca and Kayla Brookmire, Kyle and Kory Lafreniere, Courtney Dusa, and Kevin, Savannah, Russell, Austin, and Kingston Turpin. Great grandmother to Ryen, Brayden and Aleigha Dusa-Skyers; Jocelyn, Tony and America Dusa; Kaeden Lafreniere. Great great grandmother to Matteo and Luiz. Survived by Roger (Eleanor) Reeves B.C. and Danny (Gwen) O'Sullivan Windsor and Sisters Audrey (Gordon) Morton Salt Lake City Utah, Patricia (Cham) Deschaine Windsor, Deborah Chaborek Windsor and Terri O'Sullivan (Eugene) Amherstburg. Predeceased by brothers James Reeves and Garry (Lorraine) Reeves. Survived also by many loving nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the PSWs and Nurses who cared for her from Paramed and Bayshore.

Maureen will be remembered for her kind soul, contagious laugh, infinite guidance and understanding.
