Born January 5, 1933 in Timmins, Ontario. Passed away peacefully on June 24, 2012 at 79 years of age. Cherished husband of Yvette (nee Kenny) for 57 years. Beloved father of Yvonne, Pierre and Michel Dagenais (Céline Verville). Treasured grandfather of Paul, Nicholas, Kayla (Nick Krause), Roxanne McNeil (Michael Long) and great grandfather of Jezzabelle. Dear brother of Roger (June) and the late Donald (1994) (Lorraine). Dear brother-in-law of Edith (Chuck) Jeromchuk, Jacques (Gloria) Kenny and the late Charlie (1993) (Diane), René (2009) (Gerry Kenny), Réginald (1980) and Denis (1958). Maurice will be missed by many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Maurice loved spending time in the outdoors with his son Michel and fishing with nephew Marc. He also enjoyed spending time at the Legion Branch #157 in Amherstburg. If you so desire, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Windsor and Essex county would be appreciated by the family.
