Maurice “Moe” William Leclerc passed away unexpectedly at home on January 19, 2019 at 68 years of age. Born in Ile-Nepawa, Quebec, he lived most of his life in Windsor and LaSalle. He retired from Chrysler, and was an avid fisherman, bowler and golfer.
Maurice was a loving father to Réal (Tara), Angela (Jeff) Puyda, and Colleen. Cherished Papa to Matthew Bouwmeester, Isabelle, Eloise, Pierce, and Annsley Leclerc. Beloved husband of the late Theresa, who is survived by her daughter, Lisa McDermott and her children Abigail, Alexandria, and Amelia. Predeceased by his parents Henri-Paul and Emerentienne “Marie” Leclerc, and Willie and Martha Nadeau. Dear brother of late Jean Leclerc, late Réal, late Roger, late Felix, Gilles, Denise, Claude Nadeau and his step-sister Carole. Sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, friends, his special companion Linda Kennedy, and fondly remembered by his former spouse Carol Leclerc (nee Regier).

Visitation Friday, January 25, 2019, 3-5pm and 7-9pm with parish prayers and words of remembrance at 8pm at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841. On Saturday, January 26, 2019, friends are invited to join the family after 9:30am at Corpus Christi Church (1400 Cabana Rd. W.) followed by Funeral Mass at 10:30am. Interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
