Passed away suddenly, with loved ones by his side, on May 2, 2023, in Windsor, Ontario, at the age of 49 years.

Beloved husband of Patricia Carroll. Loved son of Maryann Kirk and Keith Last. Dearly loved father of Nathan Last, Gabby Last, Chloe Morand, and Hayley Carroll. Cherished brother of Danny, Amy, Jennifer (Mike Cadarian) and Calvin. Loved by his grandchildren Liam and Elijah. Uncle to Josh, Taylor, Nick, Alley and Brandon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Michael was a devoted, protective family man, who was kind hearted and always ready to lend a hand. Michael loved to build or fix anything he could get his hands on. He lived to make his family smile. He will be missed in every fort build, backyard adventure and slushie drink. Michael enjoyed looking at the sky, his family will find their peace in every sunset and sunrise.
