Obituary for Muriel "Lorraine" Connelly (Nee McCann)
91 years, passed away on April 11, 2024 with her family by her side.
Reunited with her late husband of 52 years, Martin (2007). Much loved mother of Shannon (Jerry) Wood and Tom (Diane) Connelly. Dearly loved Grandma of Sean, Sarah, Blake (Rachel), Kyle and Blair and great grandma of Lorelai, Josephine, and Margaret. Dear sister of John (Loretta) McCann, Colleen (the late John) Watson, and sister in law of Chris McCann and Angie McCann. Predeceased by her brothers Bill (Lorraine) McCann, Malcolm McCann and Gregory McCann. Sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Special thanks to the team at Paramed, St. Elizabeth and Windsor Regional Hospital – Ouellette Campus “Critical Care Unit”, Dr. Bullrich in the ER as well as all the CCU staff for everyone’s care and kindness shown to us.
Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held.
