Obituary for Natalie Bedard (nee Janisse, formerly Barker)
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Mother, Natalie on May 11, 2022 at 79 years of age. Natalie was born in Windsor, Ontario, daughter of the late Isabelle and Stanley Janisse.
Devoted wife of the late Clem Bedard, and loving mother of Edward (Heather), Joseph (Tracy) and the late Richard Barker.
Sadly missed by her five grandchildren, Jeffery (Emily), Rickie Lee, Nicholas (Beth), Liam and Spencer and her 5 great grandchildren Isabelle, Hunter, Ryker, Tristyn and Brynlee. Dear sister of Richard (Rose) Janisse , Cathy Janisse and the late Mary Janisse. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Natalie was a devoted mother who raised her three boys on her own. She was a strong, independent woman with a kind heart. She always had time to exchange a smile or a story with others.
Natalie was employed for many years at the Windsor Raceway. She took great pleasure in gardening and traveling with Clem in their camper. She loved playing cards and enjoyed her Friday afternoon events at the Senior Center.
While it is difficult to let our mother go, we know that she is free from her long battle with Alzheimer.

Cremation has taken place. On Monday May 16th, 2022, family and friends are invited to meet after 10:30 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 11:30 a.m. at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841. Inurnment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
