Obituary for Noreen Richards
Passed away on September 13, 2020 at the age of 92 years. Loving mother to Mary Anne Camlis (Les), Kathy O’Dea (Mike), Robert Richards, Maureen Eremic (Michael), Laura Koncan (Henry), Anne Nantais (the late Dean) and Tim Richards (Francisco Ortiz). Cherished grandma, great-grandma and great-great-grandma to 26. Noreen will be missed by her former daughter-in-law Alison Richards. Loving daughter to the late Finley and Jean MacGillis. Dear sister to Neil John (the late Hope) and the late J.R..
Noreen was an Early Childhood Educator for the City of Windsor, an active member of Our Lady of Assumption Parish and a former resident of Amica Riverside. If you so desire memorial donations to Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital Palliative Care would be appreciated by the family. Noreen’s family would like to send a very special thank you to the staff Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital Palliative care unit, to Dr. Sharon Doyle and to Dr. Doyle’s assistant Tina. Your kindness and compassion shown towards our mom Noreen and to our family was gratefully appreciated. A private family Memorial Mass will be held at Our Lady of Assumption Parish.
