Obituary for Patricia "Pat" Walker
Died peacefully in her 98th year at her home.
Beloved wife of the late Albert “Bear” Walker (July 29, 1993). Daughter of the late John O’Sullivan and Sophia (nee Haskell). Dear mother of Michael (Wendy), Shannon (Jim McMahon), and Tara (Craig McLachlan). Loving “Ahma” to Joal (Karina), Erin, Kelly (Kirk), Caitlin, Keenan, and Corbin (Lorrie). Great- Ahma of Coyle, McKaelah , Everett, Lily, Thalia, Wade and 3 on the way. Dear sister of the late Violet “Peggy” (Gene White), Mark O’Sullivan (Silvia Ann), Alice O’Sullivan, John, Adora, and Verna Rickards. Loving sister-in-law of the late Ethel (Clarence Donner), Elsie (Arthur Wootton), Jean (Don Forbes), and John Walker. Survived by Evelyn Walker. She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Pat was a long time LaSalle resident, actively involved in the community. Her favourite past time was river ratting with Al. She was an accomplished seamstress, dabbled in arts and crafts, was an avid gardener and had a gift of an extraordinary memory for exact detail.
We are grateful to her other “Son”/neighbour Ron Gignac… her go to guy, her medical staff – Dr. Bill, Barb and Gay… thank you. A special thank you to her “girls” who provided her much support and care and introduced her to google – Angela, Kim, Lois, Heather, Marcella, Maryanne, Patty, Gill, Tracey, Samantha, Jenn M, and Jennifer.

On Monday, February 22, 2021 reservations and personal face coverings are required to attend visitation from 9:30 – 11:30 am at Families First, 2130 Front Rd., LaSalle, 519-969-5841. You can reserve your time for visitation at FamiliesFirst.ca (RSVP) or by calling directly. A private family service and burial at St. Anne Cemetery (Tecumseh) will be held.
