Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family January 24th, 2021 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Shirley. Father of Lystra Cagan. Tammy Tanton, Tracy Richardson and Chonetell (Dave) Reaume. Grandfather to Key-Shown, Eathen, Jarrod and Elijah. Brother to Silleen (the late Victor St. Lewis), and Veronica (Carlton) Cagan. Brother in Law to Eric (Anna) Williams. Uncle too many nieces and nephews. He was an avid sports fan and a devoted fan of the Blue Jays. An employee of Caesars Windsor Casino for 16 years before retiring. After retirement he enjoyed travelling to Trinidad where he welcome and entertained friends from different countries in his beautiful island home. He always enjoyed returning to the islands renewing old and loved friendships and reminiscing about being the star footballer of the leads football club of Trinidad & Tobago.
