Obituary for Paulette Cecile Hansen (nee Poirier)
Passed away peacefully on March 14, 2022 at the age of 68.
Loving Mama of Monique (Mike), Marcel (Kristen). Dear Meme of Cecile, Mike Jr., Mayzie. Loving daughter of late Raymond Poirier. That she truly missed every day. Dear sister of Raymond Jr. (Adrian), predeceased by Roger (Iris) and Pauline. She will be missed by her many friends and neighbors.
No matter how hard her struggles were, she stuck by her children’s side, making sure her children became strong individuals and was a big part of her son’s success (making sure there was always meatloaf). She has a strong eccentric sense of humour. She loved to have a beer and a smoke with her best friend Linda Reid.
While we will miss her, we are glad to know that her suffering is over, and she is back in the arms of her father. Paulette was known as “Mama” to all that came into her life.
Cremation has taken place.
Rest in peace Mama. We’ll leave the TV on for you.
