DAVE and I were so sorry to here of Pete’ passing.He will be remembered for all that he has done for Fairway Tower’s and his love for Michigan State. You could tell what a good man he was by The way he spoke of his grand children with love and pride. He will be missed by the Tower’s family. You are in our Prayers and we hope to see you in Florida. So saddened to hear of Peter's passing. Pete was a great mentor and friend to many of us growing up on the Great Lakes Sailing scene. His sailing ability, coupled with his wit and ability to tell a great story kept us all captivated on the water or on land. Pete's ability to drive a boat under spinnaker, through the night and waves, was second to none. Spending time with Pete and his family at the post race celebrations on Mackinac Island remain fond memories. My thoughts are with Kathy and the family during these difficult times. -Jay-

I was saddened to learn of Peter's passing ; it is always a shock when we lose an old friend . Peter and I started our working days at Hiram Walker at the same time . In the early years we spent many lunch hours together in the old cafeteria as well as other functions . Pete and  his crew were responsible for the beautiful lawns and gardens that the Hiram Walker grounds proudly showcased for many years . Many of the old buildings we remember and a lot of our fellow workers have passed but our memories of those great years will last forever . When Pete and I reached our 25th service anniversary we shared a gathering in the reception centre and a picture is attached .Linda and I extend our condolences to Kathy and the extended Hubbell family .
