Passed away peacefully on August 1, 2020 at 86 years of age.
Beloved husband of Frances (nee DeBaie) for 65 years. Loving father of Anthony (Arlene), Janice (Rick), Paul (Cindy), Melinda (Ken). Will be missed by his 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his 5 siblings.
Phil retired from Chrysler after 30 years of dedicated service.
