Reta Mae Oliver

Peacefully, on January 8, 2020 at 95 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Frederick (2017). Loving mother of Rick & Judy, David & Jeanne, Karen & Larry Gaughan and Kevin & Heather. Cherished Grandmother of Rick, Tim, Gen, Rachel, Michael, Michelle, Beth, Amy and Christopher. Treasured great-grandmother of 19 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren. Dear sister of William, Ella, Shirley, Dorothy, Jean and Ray. Predeceased by her parents Stanley and Mary Warford of Glace Bay, Nova Scotia. She will be fondly remembered by her extended family and friends.

Reta was a lifelong member of the Salvation Army. She was a Home League member, and will be remembered by some as the Salvation Army “pie lady”.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until the Memorial Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 a.m. at The Salvation Army South Windsor Citadel (1201 Grand Marais Rd. W.)
