It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our Mother on November 1, 2020 at 93 years of age. Predeceased by husband Clayton Stephens (1994). Dear mother of Marianne Prattes (Will), Les Slaght (Mary) and the late David Slaght (1968). Cherished grandma of Kimberly Prattes (Jamie), Heather Adragna (Renato), Stacey Wiebe (Peter), Michael Slaght (Stephanie) and 11 great grandchildren. Loving sister of the late Norma Rainone, Jake Boismier (the late Lila), Judy Hannan, the late Russel Boismier (the late Betty), Jim Boismier (Julie), Jac Boismier and Cecelia Tourangeau (the late Dick). She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.

Rhea was a lifetime member of the Legion Ladies Auxiliary as a Sergeant of Arms at branches 12, 578 and 143. She had a zest for life and loved her euchre, darts and her many days out dancing with her friends. A special thank you to Katherine Sulja for your care and compassion. Also thank you to all the first responders who were so attentive.

November 1st was a day of sorrow when two sisters, Rhea and Norma, passed away on the same day.

On Saturday November 7, 2020 reservations and personal face coverings are required to attend a visitation from 3 – 5 pm at Families First, South Windsor.

Cremation and a private family interment of cremated remains to follow.
