Peacefully on October 9, 2023 at the age of 58. Dear mother of James, Sarah Carter and husband Brad, Thomas, and predeceased by Edith (1989). Dear grandmother of Naleaha and Jaylen. Dear sister of Maxine, Lorraine and Joseph, Keith and predeceased by Kenneth and Helen. Rhoda was a caring and funny lady who enjoyed watching tv. She loved to talk and will be sadly missed by her friends at Victoria Manor.
