Passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on May 5, 2023 at the age of 82. Loving husband to the late Carolyn (nee Carder, 2015). Cherished father of the late Kathy Bowman (2019), Rick, Michelle and Ron Chambers and Ron and Nikki Meunier. Beloved son to the late Edward (1982) and Violet (2006) Meunier. Adored grandpa to Ronnie, Corey, Ryan, Daniel, Julia, Corliss, Mackenzie and dear great-grandpa to Adam. Beloved brother to Edward (Ann), Delores (late Frank 1991), Valerie (late Don 2010) and the late Janis (2016) and David (2016). Richard will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
