Obituary for Richard "Tex" Roberts
It is with heavy hearts that we announce his passing on November 2, 2022 at the age of 79.
Predeceased by his wife Sandra (2012). Caring father of Cathy Roberts and JoAnn Roberts. Proud grandfather of Eric Holmes, Dana Piche, and Taylor Roberts-Lee. Great-grandfather of Keagan Slawik-Piche. He will also be missed by extended family and friends. Tex retired from Chrysler after 36 years of service.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre or to Transition to Betterness.
Visitation will take place at Families First Funeral Home in South Windsor (3260 Dougall Ave. 519-969-5841) on Friday, November 4, 2022 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. A private family service will be held at a later date with cremation to follow.
