Passed away peacefully on December 28, 2023 at 85 years of age. Reunited with his late wife Barbara (2015). Loving father to Peggy (David) Lowe, Shelley (Kevin) Girard, April (Gord) Cahill. Dear grandfather of Brian (Kaitlin), Kari (Brandon), Chris (Cristina), Calvin, Colton, Camryn. Beloved great-grandfather of William, Finn, Sullivan and Jamie. Predeceased by his parents Edna & Patrick Mayville. Dear brother of Barb (Paul) Levack, Jim (Marilyn) Allen & predeceased by Joan Allen & Jim Mayville. Predeceased by his parent in-law’s John and Gladys Goodchild. Dear brother in-law of the late Robert Goodchild, the late Betty (Bernard) Drouillard, Dave (Lorelei) Goodchild, the late Dennis (Helen) Goodchild.

Visiting on Tuesday January 2, 2024 from 5 – 8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday January 3, 2024 at 10:30 am at Families First 585 Sandwich Street South, Amherstburg, proceeding to St. John the Baptist Church for 11:00 am mass. Cremation to follow.
