Unexpectedly on November 2, 2011 after a brief illness with his loving family by his side. Cherished husband of Jadwiga Wojcik (nee Wac) for 46 years. Loving father of Stan Jr. (Donna Beauparlant), Sophia Sokolowski (Michael) and Christopher (Chantelle Jolie). Treasured Dziadzo of Katherine and Monica Sokolowski and Alexander Wojcik. Dear brother of Leszek, Boleslaw, Józef, Krystyna, the late Jan, the late Genowefa, and the late Kazimiera and their families in Poland. Dearest brother-in-law of Wiktoria and Jerzy Pietrzakowski of Windsor and Ela and Frank Filip of Essex. Special uncle to Greg Pietrzakowski, Anna and Steven Barichello, Jola and Michael Harding and their children. Son of the late Kacper and Zofia Wojcik. Stan was a member of the Polish Alliance of Canada Branch 20 and of Border Cities Polish Canadian Club.
