Obituary for Stanley James Lalande-Taylor
Passed peacefully at home on October 6, 2022 at the age of 58. Father of Derrick, Alicia and Kalyshia. Dear son of Stanley Joseph Taylor Sr. (the late Gisele) and the late Myrtle Gladys Taylor (1988). Loving brother to the late Roy (late Margaret), Joan (late Tim), Belinda (late Robert), Dwayne (Jeannie), Laurie (Donald), Anne (Dan) and Michael. Loving nephew to Margaret Finley. Stan will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his beloved cat Shredder.
Stanley inherited the Taylor family gene for the love of working on cars. He was an avid mechanic until his health began to decline. You could always find him looking for treasures to refurbish or scrap. Uncle Ray would be proud of him.
Even though he wanted to be called Stan, he will always be Jr. to us. We will love and miss you.
Interment of Cremated remains to be held on Thursday October 20, 2022 at 12 noon at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Rev Paul Riley to officiate. All are welcome.
