To Trish and the Powell and Tofflemire families, the deepest of sympathy and condolences to all of you from Bonnie and myself. We consider ourselves fortunate to have known Ted for the many years that TJ and Katie have been together and admired and enjoyed his kindness, good humour and generosity, among the many traits that made him a very good man who will be deeply missed.
