Obituary for Teri Fuerth (Cassidy)
Passed away peacefully on December 16, 2020 at 42 years of age after a courageous battle with cancer.
It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, Teri. Cherished daughter of Rick & Chris Cassidy. Loving wife of Bradley Fuerth. Dear sister of David (Marianne). Devoted step-mother of Bryell, Eva, Bobby. Daughter-in-law of Deb Fuerth (Rick), Ken and Maria Fuerth. Granddaughter of Mary Ann Shean, and Lorraine Fuerth. Survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Teri cherished her family and she was loved by many people for her kindness and thoughtfulness to everyone she met.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Met Campus Cancer Center for their care in taking care of Teri. Especially Dr. Elfikie and his nurse Brianna, Dr. Deklaj and his secretary Honey. The ICU and Oncology departments. Their compassion to our family was more than words could ever express.
Teri was employed by Tecumseh Animal Clinic where she was able to show her love and compassion for animals. She cherished her friendship with co-workers for over 20 years. Her cats were her best friends, who gave her comfort when she was ill.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Centre. On Monday, December 21, 2020, reservations and personal face coverings are required to attend visitation from 9:15 am until 12:15 p.m. at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave., South Windsor, 519-969-5841. You can reserve your time for visitation at FamiliesFirst.ca (RSVP) or by calling directly.
A private interment will be held at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
