Mom passed peacefully on June 7, 2019 at the age of 94. Born in Bimini, Bahamas, daughter of the late Mabel and John Roberts. Beloved wife of late Edward Bessette (2001). Mother to Dave (Beth), Jim, Linda (Mike). Sister to Jeannette Carroll of Nassau, Bahamas; Laurie Sands, Hollywood, FL. Predeceased by siblings Carl, John, and Manda. Survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mom loved to shop!! Remember mom as a wonderful cook and a gracious hostess. She could have a great time with anyone at any time and was always thankful for what she had. Special thanks to Fr. Dwayne, and the staff at Richmond Terrace who are really “angels in disguise”.

Donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Church, River Canard on Thursday, June 17, 2019 at 6:30 p.m.
