Obituary for Therese Jacques (Masse) (nee Desmarais)
It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Mom, January 16, 2023 at 84 years of age. She went peacefully surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Eugene (Gene) Masse (1978) and husband Guy Jacques (2007). Cherished Mom to Michael (2006)(Elaine), Cathy, Ron (Chantal), Cheryl Lebert (Todd) and Rob (Carrie). Greatest Mémé ever to Rachelle, Ron, Sherisse, Andrew, Rene, Alison, Natalie, Ben, Marissa, Emma, Nick and Tammy. Step-mother to Michelle (Rick), Mark (Laura), Charmaine (John), Guy (Rita) and Joel. A blessing to many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late Raoul and Rosaria Desmarais. Survived by brother Len (late Veronica) and sister-in-law Jay (late Don). Predeceased by Urgel (Bella), Ernie (Rico), Leona (Harry), Laurina (Jack), Mary (Don), Rita, Eileen (Paul) and Richard (Barb). Will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Our Mom's greatest pleasure in life was spending time with her family. She was so loving and giving, always putting others before herself. She set a wonderful example for her family. She leaves behind many great memories of summer vacations, joyous parties and endless card games.

Visitation on Friday, January 20, 2023 from 3-8 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. until time of funeral liturgy at 11 a.m. at Families First, 3260 Dougall Avenue, South Windsor (519-969-5841). Cremation to follow, interment at a later date.
