Passed away peacefully on October 10, 2023 at 64 years of age. Beloved father of Alecia Dawn Payne (Dakota Grant) and Thomas Scott Payne, step-father of Alexandra d’Eça. Dear grandfather of Anjenée Nicole, Savion Myles, Darrius Andrew, Amare Mykal, Brayden Marcus, Harmony Elizabeth, Everley Marie and Brielle Adriana. Precious great- grandfather of Makaiya Reign, Kamaiya Rose, and Anaiya Rae. Predeceased by his parents Charles F. Payne (1980) and Edith “nee Hurd” and brother Charles Payne (2013).
