Surrounded with his family at his side at the age of 42 years on December 30, 2000 at Windsor Western Hospital. Loving Husband and best friend of Catherine (Catrina) nee Treleaven. Beloved son of Carol and husband Fred Cooke, and the late Harold Booth (1992). Beloved brother of Mike and wife Barb Booth, Lori and husband Kevin Wills, Kathi (Kate) and husband Don Bondy, and Jeff and wife Josephine Booth. Special uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Dear brother in law of Jeff and Ken Treleaven and son in law of Cecile and the late Aruthur Treleaven. Tim was a brakeman for 20 years with the Essex Terminal Railway.
