Obituary for Tina Mancini (Gemma)
Our hearts are broken. We have lost our sunshine, our guiding light, and our greatest champion on January 15, 2021. Tina was the most remarkable wife, mother, and grandmother. Her family was everything to her and her love for us was boundless. She was the glue that held our family close, and was a shining example of what it means to be present, unwavering, and fiercely loyal to those she loved. Her love and encouragement elevated us all and inspired her children and grandchildren to be the best versions of themselves; she raised eight powerful women, and one loving grandson.
Tina was strikingly beautiful and always looked like she was lit from within. That light emanated from her kind eyes and enchanting smile and warmly enveloped anyone who was lucky enough to be in her presence. We will miss her joyful demeanor, her tight squeezes, and endless kisses. Despite her small stature, her spirit was indomitable, her character inimitable, and her love irreplaceable.
Tina is survived by her husband of 54 years, Enrico, with whom she immigrated to Canada from Naples, Italy and shared three beautiful daughters, Veronica, Debora, and Sabrina. She was a wonderful mother-in-law to Walter, Victor, and Gian. She will be especially missed by her beloved grandchildren, Gemma, Luca, Isabella, Ava, Giada, and Sienna.

Visitation Thursday January 21, 2021 from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave., South Windsor, 519-969-5841. Personal face coverings are reservations are required. A private family funeral will be held on Friday January 22, 2021 and a livestream link of the funeral service will be available on Tina’s online profile in real time.
