Peacefully, at home on October 9, 2008 at 85 years of age. Beloved wife of the late John "Jack" McNary (1944) and the late James Atherton (1980). Loving and devoted mother of the late Richard (1991), survived by wife Margaret, Greg and wife Susan and Carol. Cherished Grandma Mae of Kimberly (Jeff), Danny (Kristy), Kelly, Lindsey, Bryan, Patrick and Becky. Treasured Great-Grandma Mae of Emily, Carter, Ryken and baby Atherton. Dearest sister of Gordon Autterson, Jessie (Chuck) Robinson, Bill (Judy) Autterson and Barbara Autterson. Survived by sister-in-law Joan Maclean. Mae will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Mae was an avid Toronto Maple Leaf fan and was an accomplished high school athlete. She was known for her kindness and for the love she extended and received from her family, people she crossed paths with and especially young children.
