Obituary for Wallace Gordon "Wally" Robson
It is with broken and heavy hearts that the family of Wally Robson announce his passing on April 27, 2023 at the age of 80 years young. Devoted husband and best friend to the love of his life Carol Ann (Mann) for 58 years. Loving and proud Dad of Tim (Jackie), Paul (Pam) and Lori Lanno (Paul). Adored Grampy of Madeline (Sebastian), Hannah (Jesse), Sullivan (Abby), Jonathan (Sarah), Nolan (Keana), Christopher, Spencer, Lucas, William, Trenton, Harrison and Great-Grampy of Junie. Loving brother-in-law of Betty Lou and Gerry Dimitroff, predeceased by brother in-law Bob Mann (1978) and surviving wife Lynda Mann and uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Wally was the most loving and strongest person we know. He fought a valiant fight and his never ending love, generosity and support will remain with all that knew him forever. Wally lived life to the fullest and
spent every moment he could, with his wife, children, grandchildren and great granddaughter. Aruba was his "one happy island" and he always enjoyed a glass of red wine and a cigar. He will be missed greatly by his family, friends and acquaintances with whom he shared many memories and laughs. Although our lives will never be the same, we are fortunate to have had our lives so enriched by him.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Windsor. Our family wishes to thank the many doctors and staff at Windsor Cancer Center and Windsor Hospice for their care and
compassion.
